I've been having great fun following the contest at DigiScrapAddicts. It's cool to see designers layed out like scrappers. I've always known that we all have different styles, but it's really fun to see & pick up the type of designers I like.
I also think that sometimes kits look pretty in previews, but may not work when I try to use them in my layouts. I enjoyed

using the mini kit by Ilona Havenaar - Life Is Beautiful. This was the first time I've used a kit by her & I found her designs to be very usable. I love the word art she included.
It fit perfectly for my layout of me & my sisters. I also used a new template by Kristin's Scrap Design called Template pack no 20. It's great because it automatically comes with the blended photo.
